In partnership with Seafood Industry South Australia, our Seafood Showcase brought the best of South Australian seafood to Rundle Mall, with live cooking demonstrations and expert tips from Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis from Sprout Cooking School.
Shoppers also got a chance to hear from local producers before tasting the best of SA seafood with Callum and Themis serving over 350 seafood samples, 40 dozen oysters and prawns.
