From the smallest child to the child in all of us, Carols by Candlelight has brought joy to South Australians since 1944.

Brand SA is proud to be part of such an iconic South Australian event, which will take place on Saturday, 9 December 2023 at Elder Park.

Grab your festive picnic rug, family and friends, and head down to beautiful Elder Park to rekindle the magic of Christmas during a day packed full of singing, giveaways, music and delicious food and drinks.  Then, sing your heart out to your favourite Christmas carols and songs.

With a stellar lineup of performers, this year is one you will not want to miss!

For the first time at Adelaide Carols, South Australian music artist Paul Kelly and stars from the State Opera South Australia will perform alongside a host of local and national talent.

Since the very first concert in 1944, thousands of South Australians have enjoyed Carols for more than 70 years while raising funds for charitable organisations across the State.

In 2022, St John Ambulance South Australia became the custodians of Carols by Candlelight, preserving this 79-year Christmas tradition for the community for years to come.
