Raise a glass with these festive favourites:

 Spirits Limoncello

1. Ambra Limoncello Spritz Drink
A refreshing mix of Ambra Spirits limoncello made with lemons from the Riverland which are still peeled by hand — perfect for a summer afternoon session.

  • 60ml Ambra Limoncello
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 120ml Soda Water
  • Served over ice in a wine glass
  • Garnish with fresh Lemon & Rosemary Sprig

2. Blueberry Gin Sour
For those who prefer something fruity and delicious, this Ginny Pig South Australian gin with a hint of native botanicals is vibrant, refreshing, and proudly local.

  • 60mls Blueberry gin
  • 30mls sugar syrup
  • 30mls lemon Juice
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Place all the ingredients in a shaker and shake.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously again for approximately 30sec
  • Strain into a glass, top with berries or mint leaf (or both)

3. Iniquity Silver #23 Old Fashioned
Shake up a classic with South Australian whisky from Tin Shed Distilling Co. that's guaranteed to get the party started!

  • Stir in a double rocks glass
  • Add 1tsp sugar
  • Add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Add 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Add 5ml Soda Water
  • Stir to dissolve sugar
  • Add 60ml Iniquity Silver #23
  • Half fill glass with ice
  • Stir for 30 seconds
  • Garnish with flamed orange coin
