Award-winning pizza expert and flour technician Enrico Sgarbossa (of Lobethal’s That’s Enrico) entertained crowds with a free live pizza class at the Adelaide Central Market, hosted by Larissa Sewell!

Enrico explored the foundations of great pizza, from flour selection and fermentation to dough preparation, stretching and baking. He shared professional knowledge, practical techniques and useful tips that guests can apply when making pizza at home.

He also baked a selection of pizzas for guests to taste, celebrating Italian tradition, modern technique and quality South Australian produce, including from Marino Fine Foods and Lucia’s Fine Foods.
