Join award-winning pizza expert and flour technician Enrico Sgarbossa, together with SA chef and MasterChef alum Larissa Sewell for a live pizza class at Adelaide Central Market.
Enrico will explore the foundations of great pizza, from flour selection and fermentation to dough preparation, stretching and baking. He will share professional knowledge, practical techniques and useful tips that guests can also apply when making pizza at home.
Throughout the session, Enrico will bake a selection of pizzas for guests to taste, celebrating Italian tradition, modern technique and quality South Australian produce.
